Vendor Spotlight: Alynd Financial

Alynd Financial is a lead-generation service that books verified, high-intent prospects directly into your calendar. You set a minimum level of investable assets, Alynd matches and introduces prospects who meet it, and you pay a flat fee only when a prospect actually attends the meeting. No-shows cost you nothing.

We do not have firsthand experience with Alynd yet, so we cannot speak to the quality of the introductions. What caught our attention is the pricing model, which we think is more advisor-friendly than several better-known alternatives.

Why the Pricing Model Stands Out

Many lead services sell the same prospect to multiple advisors, so you pay for a lead and then compete with others to win it. Services like SmartAsset work this way. Other introduction platforms, such as Zoe, take a percentage of the client's assets for as long as that client stays with you, which can cost far more over time than a one-time fee.

Alynd's model is different in three ways that favor the advisor:

  1. You pay per attended meeting, not per lead. If a prospect does not show, you pay nothing.

  2. Prospects are exclusive. Alynd says it never sells a prospect to more than one advisor, so once you meet them, they are yours.

  3. Pricing is a flat fee, never a percentage of your fees or the client's assets, and you never re-purchase a client later.

How It Works

You tell Alynd the minimum investable assets and the type of prospect you want to meet. Alynd builds a branded introduction journey, verifies each prospect (who has stated they want to speak with an advisor and completed a detailed questionnaire), and books those who qualify into your calendar. You focus on attending meetings and converting.

The flat fee is based on the prospect's investable assets. As published by Alynd:

Prospect's investable assets

Cost per attended meeting

$250k to $500k

$499

$500k to $1m

$650

$1m to $1.5m

$799

$1.5m to $2.5m

$1,000

$2.5m to $5m

$1,500

$5m and up

$1,800

Pricing is current as of October 2026. Check alyndfinancial.com for the latest.

Keep in mind that you will not convert every meeting. Alynd claims advisors close about 25% of attended meetings, so a useful rule of thumb is to multiply the per-meeting fee by four to estimate your cost per acquired client. At the $1m to $1.5m band, for example, four meetings at $799 comes to roughly $3,200 per client.

Is It Right for Your Niche?

This works best for broadly defined niches with enough prospect volume, such as empty nesters with $1 million in New England. Highly defined niches, such as business owners in Idaho with $5 million or more in net worth, are unlikely to produce enough matching prospects to work well. The broader your qualifying criteria and geography, the more introductions Alynd can realistically deliver.

Broader here means a lower minimum on investable assets or a wider geographic region. It does not mean abandoning your niche. And while Alynd has no formal minimum, it only makes sense if you want to set at least four meetings per month.

Our Take

This is an expensive way to get clients, but if you are good at closing, it can be a fast one. If you have used lead-generation services in the past and had success with them, this might be for you. We have not tested Alynd ourselves yet, so please come talk to us at Office Hours before you move forward.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

We have no referral fee relationship with Alynd Financial, though one has been discussed. We currently do not have a financial incentive to refer you to them. If that changes, we will update this disclosure. For now, we are sharing it simply because we think the pricing model is worth a look.
